Delta is designed specifically for pre-teens who have just completed 5th and 6th grade. Many changes are on the horizon for Delta campers, so we have created this camp to meet them right where they are! With high-flying thrills on the Triple Zip line, focused instruction in our specialty program and plenty of opportunities to express their unique abilities and personalities, Delta is overflowing with all the excellence, energy and excitement CAA is known for! Add in mature, enthusiastic counselors who will give their all to make your campers feel right at home and they are sure to have an experience like no other! Come experience Delta! ART

Campers will be exposed to and given opportunities to work with mixed media throughout the week. They will be allowed to take their masterpieces home with them at the end of the week.

Campers will have proper mechanics in dribbling, shooting and footwork reinforced. Drills are designed for the beginner as well as intermediate player.

Competition Week: New this year! During Week 6, campers will participate in multiple individual and team competitions for points and prizes during Basketball Specialty. We will conclude the week with a tournament.  We recommend this week for experienced basketball players as the focus for the week will be on competition and not instruction.

This program is designed to build a fundamental foundation for any boy who desires to learn more about football as well as those who desire to enhance their techniques for the fall football season. All players will be exposed to the most current teaching focusing on the techniques of speed and agility and the fundamentals of blocking, tackling, passing, running, and catching. Each player will be given an opportunity to use these newly learned skills in team drills and games. This specialty is not a contact form of football. All games and drills with be played with flags and/or “dummies”.

We will conclude the week with a tournament. We recommend this week for experienced football players as the focus for the week will be on competition and not instruction.

Campers will learn correct singing techniques and how to apply them, while also learning how to actively engage an audience through hands on rehearsals that include microphones and of course…the stage!

Campers will receive knowledge and know-how for beginner-intermediate students in on stage and on screen acting.  Students will receive hands on training by working on their acting techniques, stage presence, blocking, script analysis, and self-confidence.

Campers will learn about the rules of lacrosse and improve skills like cradling, passing, shooting, stick checks and defense. The campers will get to experience safe competition and learn how to work as a team in a sport that is becoming more and more popular, across the country. Sticks and gloves will be provided.” (no pads needed: not full contact)

Laser tag is an outdoor adventure activity that is safe, painless and loads of fun! Campers will get to use to most technologically advanced laser tag equipment in Atlanta while learning teamwork and strategy during daily game play.

Campers will have a blast on our indoor climbing wall here at camp! All campers will learn the basic skills of rock climbing including knot tying, climbing terminology, belaying, equipment care, and basic climbing moves.

The week will begin with several low element activities as well as group initiatives designed to challenge campers and help them learn to work with teammates. All campers will have the opportunity to conquer multiple adventure activities as well! Camp All-American is a member of ACCT (Association for Challenge Course Technology) and meets all recommended standards.

We reinforce the fundamentals of soccer through fun and entertaining games that will enhance a player‘s skill development as he/she learns the importance of teamwork.

Campers will participate in kayaking (new this year), archery, rock climbing, land navigation with maps, and learning basic hiking and camping skills.
