Campers should wear comfortable close-toed shoes and clothing that they can play and get messy in, this includes: tennis shoes (no sandals, Chaco’s, Crocs, Heelys, or flip-flops), t-shirt, and shorts. (Short shorts or spaghetti straps are not allowed.)

Your child will need a backpack labeled with his/her name containing:

• A refillable water bottle
• Lunch in an insulated lunch box. No nut products allowed.
• Modest bathing suit (one piece for girls) and towel
• Canteen money (optional, no more than a couple of dollars)
• Hand sanitizer
• Face mask/covering, if desired
• Sunscreen (apply before camp, too) and bug spray, if desired

Note: According to EPA Sunwise Program standards, each child will need to have at least 8 oz. of sunscreen to apply during a typical week of camp. We recommend spray sunscreen for easy application.

Drop Off is from 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM and Pick Up is from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM.

Register your child based on the grade last completed.

You may request a cancellation by emailing us at guestservices@CAARehoboth.com.

The cancellation deadline is the Friday prior to your child's week. No refunds will be given after this date unless a doctor’s note is provided.

Beginning on May 1^st, each cancellation will incur a $25 fee. If you have paid in full, you will receive a full refund minus the $25 cancellation fee.

You may choose to pay your balance:

• in one installment at the time of registration.
• with a 25% deposit at time of registration and one payment on May 20th.
• with a 25% deposit at time of registration and two installments on April 20th and May 20th.

All registrations completed on May 20th or after must be paid in full.

Financial Aid is available to families who otherwise would not be able to send their child to camp.

Camp All-American has a no-nut policy for any food items brought to camp. Any lunch item containing nuts or nut products of any kind discovered by your child’s counselor will be sent back home with the camper. For the safety of our campers, please do not send your child to camp with any nut products.

CAA desires lunch areas to be safe for campers with nut allergies, but there is no formal inspection of lunches, snacks, or product labels that would guarantee there are no nut products at camp.
